He often works in collaboration with The London Sleep Centre, and holds Sleep Workshops around the world.

Sixteen years ago Max had to learn how conquer his own insomnia with a variety of natural drug-free strategies. Since then he has developed his own unique sleep coaching approach to achieve better sleep that includes: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Acceptance Commitment Therapy for Insomnia (ACT-I), combined with his own unique form of ‘Mindfulness’ based Autogenic Sleep Training for Insomnia. He also teaches the latest forms of sleep hygiene for better sleep. He has also created several sleep programs that have won a number of sleep and Insomnia treatment awards. His second book 'How To Sleep’, will be published in Spring 2021. He has also developed a natural sleep supplement system which launches in spring 2021.
